Every Circuit Brilliance engagement begins with a scoping conversation and ends with a fully documented, production-ready design. What happens in between depends on what your design demands — and that is exactly what the three engagement tiers below define.
No plain vanilla PCB design. Not because we cannot because we will not. Every Circuit Brilliance engagement receives the analytical rigour, domain depth, and engineering care it deserves. That is not a promise. It is how we are built.
CB-CORE
The Structured Foundation
- CB-CRAFT — nine-stage PCB layout execution
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Gerber and fabrication files
- Design review documentation
- Test CKEditor Integration Item
CB-ASSURE
Foundation + Analytical Assurance
- Everything in CB-CORE
- CB-SCC — standards compliance framework
- CB-LBF — full loss budget framework
- CB-Thermal — junction-to-ambient thermal chain
CB-ASSURE PLUS
The Complete Methodology
- Everything in CB-ASSURE
- CB-FMEA — failure mode & effects analysis
- CB-GAF — engineering gap analysis
- Premium EM simulation — parasitic extraction
All engagements include a scoping conversation before pricing is confirmed.

Scoping Conversation

Engagement Proposal
We respond with a clear scope, the appropriate engagement tier, deliverables list, and pricing. No ambiguity. You know exactly what you are getting before you commit.
Design Engagement
The engagement begins. Every stage is tracked, every decision is documented, and every deliverable is production ready. You always know where your design is.
What Every Engagement Includes
Verifies compliance at schematic and PCB level
Maps the full junction-to-ambient thermal chain
Accounts for every watt of loss before BOM is finalised
Identifies engineering gaps standard reviews miss
Analyses failure risk before routing
Executes the layout across nine structured stages
Every Circuit Brilliance engagement is underpinned by our proprietary analytical frameworks — applied at the appropriate depth for your engagement tier. CB-CRAFT executes the layout across nine structured stages. CB-SCC verifies standards compliance at schematic and PCB level. CB-LBF accounts for every watt of loss before the BOM is finalised. CB-Thermal maps the full junction-to-ambient thermal chain. CB-GAF identifies the engineering gaps that standard design reviews never reach. CB-FMEA analyses failure risk before a single trace is routed. The tier you select determines which frameworks are applied — CB-CRAFT is applied to every engagement, always.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. The scoping conversation determines the appropriate tier for your design. Tell us what you are building and we will recommend the engagement that fits.
Yes. If your design requirements evolve during the engagement — for example, if certification requirements become clear after the schematic is reviewed — we can discuss upgrading to CB-ASSURE or CB-ASSURE PLUS. The scoping conversation is the right time to discuss this.
Pricing is determined by design complexity and scope — confirmed after the scoping conversation, before any work begins. We do not quote from a rate card. We quote from a clear understanding of your specific design.
A production-ready deliverable means Gerber files, drill files, and fabrication notes verified under CB-CRAFT before release — alongside a complete BOM and design review documentation. Files that go directly to a PCB fabrication house without additional engineering work.
Yes. Circuit Brilliance delivers remotely to EV, BMS, and renewable energy companies worldwide. All design work is conducted in Altium Designer and delivered digitally. The scoping conversation, design reviews, and client communication happen via email, video call, and WhatsApp.
As much or as little as you have. At minimum — your power level, your domain (EV, BMS, renewable energy, or power conversion), and the key challenge you are trying to solve. A block diagram or schematic is helpful but not required to start the conversation.
No. CB-GAF is an internal Circuit Brilliance analytical instrument. What clients receive are the engineering observations that CB-GAF generates — surfaced within the design documentation as structured findings. The framework itself remains proprietary.
